Why don't you guys comment on the posts that often? I would like to hear your feedback on this question.
The blog is going through some changes of appearance, please bear with me. (What do you think of the changes; better, worse...etc.? I'll keep changing it until you speak up:-)
Thanks.

Some of it is a time issue? I don't comment on most blogs I flip through...I think commenters represent a tiny fraction of readers normally?
where are those chnages?
Thomas, I think you are right, I am the same as you described, probably comment even less.
But I wonder what the relation is between commentary and the feelings of either interest, agreement, provocation of thought or apathy to the subject.
Sandmonkey, I'm glad you didn't notice:-)
What causes a comment? Well, George Orwell said that the no. 1 reason any writer writes anything is sheer egoism. Not that I am an egomaniac or anything. I'm sure you're not either, and I'm certain the sandmonkey writes out of pure selflessness.
I'm not sure I agree with this definition. Although it does apply to many people whom I don't consider to be genuine writers in the first place (hence, most of our local media...and many others in the international press to be fair). Maybe it is a personal character thing, and the "selfishness/selflessness" factor you described.
